These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the BoxedFlows platform and services. By creating an account or using any part of our Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
By accessing or using BoxedFlows ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
BoxedFlows is a modular business management platform providing tools including project management (Kanban), AI Agents, ad campaign management, automations, analytics, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
To access certain features you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@boxedflows.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
BoxedFlows operates on a modular subscription model. You pay only for the apps you activate. Billing occurs on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Certain apps may be offered with a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your selected payment method will be charged automatically unless you cancel before the trial expires. We reserve the right to modify or cancel free trial offers at any time.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or obscene; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure; (d) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; (e) use automated means to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without our prior written consent; (f) resell or sublicense the Service without authorization.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BoxedFlows and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of any content you upload or create within the Service, and you grant BoxedFlows a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely to provide the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
BoxedFlows includes AI-powered features such as AI Agents. These features are provided on an "as-is" basis. AI-generated content, suggestions, and actions are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated output before acting on it. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI output.
The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Slack, Google, Stripe, ad platforms). Your use of such integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. BoxedFlows is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BOXEDFLOWS AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $100.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BoxedFlows and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
